Baby and Sugar were tough little girls that went
through a lot of neglect. They were
covered in 100's of fleas and full of scabs from
scratching themselves to death. Now they
are 2 beautiful little girls, but this
transformation took over a year for them to
become healthy. |

Maggie was a mere 3lbs when we brought her into
the rescue. She should weight around 6-7lbs.
She was skin and bones and so matted that you
couldn't see one of her eyes and her ears were
matted to her head. It took over 6 hours to
groom her. Her little ribs stuck out so bad
that we couldn't use clippers on her. She is now
healthy and happy in a new home! |

Armella was surrendered to a shelter, and was so
starved she could barely walk! She has since
been well-fed, and is a very healthy, happy pit
bull! |

Katie was found running down the highway and had
been hit by a car. She had many cuts on her and
lots of missing hair due to fleas and who knows
what else. She is now happy and safe in a very
loving home. It just shows what a lot of love
and care from the foster and forever home can do
for an animal. |

Caramel was near starvation when rescued, and
she had recently given birth to a litter of
puppies! This pit bull is a love-bug, and is now
in a home in Kansas City where she is living
like a queen! |

Marla was rescued from a puppy mill and looked
downright scary! She was terrified of anything
human, and would just cower in a corner. A
lovely lady saw the sweetness inside her, and
now she's at home with her best buddy, an
Italian Greyhound
named Bitsy! |
